Congratulations to the New Chairman

The estate wishes to congratulate Commodore David Tubonimi (Rtd.) who has been sworn-in as the new Chairman of the estate.

The swearing-in concludes the election process which began with the constitution of the electoral committee at the General Meeting of Sat. 13th September with a mandate to conduct the general elections within 1 month and the conclusion of general elections of Sat. October 15th, 2025.

In his inaugural speech, Cdre. David thanked the estate for the opportunity to serve, thanked the residents for their participation in the electoral process, thanked the other candidates for their participation and welcomed them to work with him, and thanked the executive committee for running the estate over the past months, adding that he looks forward to joining the team to consolidate and contribute to their efforts.

Cdre. David revealed that he intends to prioritize security, electricity, flood control and administrative accountability. He believes cooperation and unity are paramount and encouraged everyone to replace Suspicion with Trust, Division with Partnership, and Complaints with Solutions. The Chairman pledges to serve with integrity, fairness, and openness. He will listen, consult, and always act in the best interest of the estate. He thanks the residents for the confidence vested in him as the chairman of the estate.
